Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order. Orders for physical books may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to follow our Refund Policy for returns. For digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks, cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is completed and access or download has been granted.

In cases where a title becomes unavailable, pricing errors occur, or there are issues with payment verification, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this happens, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund. For any subscription-based services (if applicable), you may cancel at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and refunds will not be issued for the remaining period.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with every purchase. For physical books, you may request a refund or return within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and free from damage. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

Due to the nature of digital content, eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable products are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues, duplicate purchases, or corrupted files that cannot be resolved.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
